Easy Breezy Cheesecake Delight

We love healthy, right?! Yea, healthy’s great! But, sometimes I just want to throw healthy out the window, & go crazy on some sugar! And, no, I will not admit I have a problem. Ever. 

What could be better then an insanely easy to make dessert, & the desperate pleas of your family and friends begging you to make more of it because it’s so darn good?

Well, my friends, it’s your lucky day, cause I’m going to share this little jewel with you, and I’m seriously excited about it!

The original recipe came from my friend, Angie. She made this for a Christmas party at work, and had us all in a sugary bliss stupor!


2 cans of crescent rolls

3 8oz packages of cream cheese

2 teaspoons of vanilla

1/4 cup of butter

1.5 cups sugar

A dash of cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Let your cream cheese soften at room temperature for 30-45 minutes.

Unroll one can of crescent rolls onto a 9×13 baking dish.

Combine the cream cheese, vanilla, and a cup of sugar in a bowl and mix well.  Try your darnedst not to eat this all now. It’s amazing, oops, no it’s not, you’ll spit it out. Really. Not.

Spread this evenly on the layer of crescent roll.

Unroll the second crescent roll on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Melt the butter, & spread it over the top of crescent roll, then spoon the remaining sugar & cinnamon on top of the butter.

Bake for approximately 25 minutes, until the top layer is golden. Sprinkle honey on top. Wait until it cools, then you can cut it into small slices! I was in a rush, and cut mine into strips to make them easier for transport, then cut it into small squares before serving. Enjoy!
